Soputhi is a licensed attorney at law with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, specializing in real estate matters, company and NGO registration, trademarks, due diligence, labor law, and land concessions. He holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, as well as dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia and in Private Law from the University of Lumière Lyon 2 in France.

Soputhi has also completed a notary program at the Royal Academy for Judicial Professions (RAJP) and gained valuable experience through internships at Nancy, France, and Tilleke & Gibbins in Thailand. As a former lecturer of Business Law, Civil Law, Contract Law, and Family Law, he has developed a strong foundation in legal education.

Pheng is a highly qualified legal practitioner with an LL.M. in Labor and Social Security Law from the University of Lumière Lyon 2, France, and an LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh. He also holds an LL.B. in Private Law from the University of Lumière Lyon 2. Pheng has worked at several law firms in Cambodia and Legrand, Bursztein, and Beziz in France.

Pheng is a licensed Legal Mark Agent by the Department of Intellectual Property Rights under the Ministry of Commerce, providing clients with advice on a range of IP matters, including trademark registration, franchising, conducting infringement searches, drafting cease-and-desist letters, and providing enforcement measures, including criminal, civil, and administrative actions to domestic and international clients within the jurisdiction of Cambodia.

In addition to his expertise in IP, Pheng has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate affairs, business incorporation, tourism licensing, real estate, land due diligence, and commercial contracts. He has also provided advice on labor and social security law to Cambodian and foreign companies operating in Cambodia. Pheng has worked as a lecturer of Labor Law at the University of Puthisastra in Phnom Penh.

Pheng is one of the first notary public students graduated from the Royal Academy for Judicial Professions (RAJP) and has participated in an internship program at the Notarial Office of Maîtres ANDRIER, BARRALIER, et MOYNE-PICARD in Annemasse, France. His diverse background and experience make him a valuable asset to clients seeking legal advice in a variety of areas.
