Mr. SIN SOPUTHI

Mr. SIN Soputhi, Managing Partner at SIN & Partners, is a highly accomplished attorney with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, bringing a more than a decade of experience across a wide range of legal practices, including Corporate Law, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, and Litigation. With a career rooted in excellence, Mr. Soputhi’s expertise spans corporate registration, real estate transactions, labor law, land concessions, trademark matters, and comprehensive due diligence. He is known for providing clients with strategic, reliable, and pragmatic legal solutions.

Mr. Soputhi’s practice is complemented by his role in the voluntary lawyers group at the Ministry of Commerce, where he contributes his expertise to support regulatory and commercial developments in Cambodia.

Mr. Soputhi holds an LL.M. in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia), alongside LL.B. degrees from both the Royal University of Law and Economics and University of Lumière Lyon 2 (France). He is among the first cohort of notaries public to graduate from the prestigious Royal Academy for Judicial Professions (RAJP), underscoring his role as a trusted legal authority in Cambodia.

His international experience includes completing significant internships in Nancy, France, and Tilleke & Gibbins in Thailand, which have broadened his expertise in cross-border transactions and complex legal matters. This exposure enhances his ability to guide clients through the nuances of emerging market challenges.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Soputhi has made significant contributions to academia, previously lecturing in Business Law, Civil Law, Contract Law, and Family Law at multiple institutions, including the University of Puthisastra in Phnom Penh. His commitment to legal education has played a vital role in shaping the next generation of legal professionals in Cambodia.
