Mr. LAY HONGTEK

Mr. LAY HONGTEK is a highly qualified Attorney-at-Law specializing in Corporate and Real Estate law, offering in-depth legal expertise and strategic counsel to both national and international clients. His practice spans banking and finance, corporate structuring, and real estate transactions, including lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and hypothec registrations.

Mr. Hongtek holds an LL.M. in Private and Public Law from the Transnational Law and Business University in Seoul, where he graduated in 2017 with a focus on International Law. During his studies, he conducted field research at major international organizations in Europe, including the WTO, WIPO, ICC, and the European Commission. He also holds an LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia) and has completed a Chinese Vocational Training Program at DUNHUA.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Hongtek is a lecturer of Labor Law at Phnom Penh International University and teaches Family Law and Criminal Law at the Royal University of Law and Economics.
